This is a first draft, written to be accurate about how the system actually works today. It has not been legally reviewed yet, it should be before it's the final version shown to real customers.
By using Matvy, as a restaurant or as a guest, you agree to the terms below.
The service
Matvy provides a platform for restaurants: booking and ordering pages for guests, a dashboard for staff, and related services such as websites. The service is provided as-is, under active development.
Payment
Restaurants pay a monthly fee under the pricing in effect at signup. Card details are always handled by our payment provider, never directly by Matvy.
Liability
Matvy aims for high availability but makes no guarantee of uninterrupted service. The restaurant is responsible for its own booking configuration, guest relationships and food delivery.
Personal data
Matvy is the restaurant’s data processor for its guests’ personal data. The data processing agreement forms part of these terms and applies to every account without a separate signature. Read the data processing agreement
