€0.12 per segment. A segment is 160 characters – a longer message counts as more than one, and with Arabic or emoji a segment holds 70. Bundles include segments. The price is for numbers in your own country – to a foreign number a segment costs what the carrier charges for that country, plus a margin. Email is always included.

Are we locked in?

No. Everything is paid monthly and can be cancelled any time. Pay for a year in advance and you get 2 months free.

How does the trial work?

30 days free with full access. You add your card when you start, and nothing is charged until the 30 days are over. Cancel any time before then, from inside the app, and you pay nothing.

Do you take a share of our sales?

Never. You pay the same flat fee whether you take ten orders or a thousand. The only things that follow volume are SMS and the card fee to the payment provider.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. Add a part or move up to a bundle at any time, on the same account and with the same data.

Why are prices shown without VAT?

Matvy sells to businesses, and businesses reclaim VAT. The invoice shows VAT separately.
