Transfers outside the EEA

The database and the menu photographs are inside the EEA. The providers marked as outside it are used for sending messages and taking payments; those transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it.

When this list changes

Matvy notifies every customer at least 30 days before adding or replacing a sub-processor. If you object on reasonable data protection grounds within that period, you may terminate the affected part of the service without penalty.
