Every cookie Matvy sets is listed below: what it does, how long it lasts, and who set it. There are no others.
Matvy loads no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party scripts on its own pages. The one exception is on a restaurant’s booking and ordering pages: if the restaurant has connected its own Meta Pixel, it loads only if you say yes – see the row below. There is no record of your visit for us to sell or share.

Browser storage
These are not cookies — they are never sent to a server and cannot be read by any other site — but they are stored in your browser, so they are listed here for the same reason.

Booking a table
A guest who opens a restaurant’s booking page gets no cookie at all, unless they change the language themselves. Booking a table does not require accepting anything.
Paying
Matvy never handles card details. Payment happens on Stripe’s own checkout page, and any cookie set there belongs to Stripe and is covered by Stripe’s own privacy notice.
Changing your mind
Use the cookie settings link in the footer whenever you like. Taking a choice back is exactly as easy as making it.
